Shipping Policy

When you purchase items from Trinity Stamps, you are billed immediately at checkout. Orders are then shipped out in the order in which they are received.

We aim to ship out your order within 1-2 business days and even ship same-day if we can. In the event of high business volume, such as new release time, or during/after a special sale, Trinity stamps may take up to 10 business days to pack and ship out your order. In the event of a delay longer than that we will notify you via email. Pre-order and back-order items may also cause certain delays. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. We update our shipping page in the case of any unusual delay.

Trinity Stamps LLC uses USPS to ship all packages domestically and internationally. We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged once the package has left our office. Trinity Stamps DOES include delivery confirmation and order tracking on every order shipping in the United States. Priority mail packages do contain $50 insurance. First class does not. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any packages once the USPS has accepted and scanned in your package. PLEASE NOTE: No tracking is provided for orders shipped outside the U.S.A. Customer assumes all risk of delivery once the package has left our office. Please be careful to check that your shipping address is to a secure location where packages will not be lost or stolen. Please watch your tracking confirmation and contact your local carrier for missing packages immediately upon stated delivery.

Trinity Stamps LLC cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses used when placing your order. Our system automatically sends to the address which is confirmed during checkout. We are happy to reship the order if the order is returned to us --- additional shipping charges that are required as a result of an incorrect address will be billed as a separate transaction.

US Shipping

To keep things simple and fair, we use flat‑rate shipping:

• $7.95 for orders up to 2 lbs
• $9.95 for orders over 2 lbs
• UPS and USPS Priority upgrade options are available at checkout

We don’t make money on shipping — these rates simply help us cover what USPS and UPS charge to get your happy mail safely to you.

Wholesale orders are charged based on weight and shipping method after the order is packed. An invoice may be sent if the amount paid for shipping is less than the actual cost.
