Trinity Stamps Wholesale Program
Trinity Stamps is proud to offer wholesale accounts to businesses with either a brick-and-mortar storefront or an independently operated online shop. Please note: we do not permit our products to be sold on third-party platforms such as (but not limited to) Etsy, Amazon, eBay, or similar marketplaces.

Note: Some Trinity Stamps–branded items in the tools and storage categories may not be available for wholesale. Please review your cart carefully before checkout. - Access to sample projects created by our design team. You’re welcome to display these on your website or recreate them for in-store displays. Occasionally, we have physical samples available upon request. Feel free to request specific product examples via email to wholesale@trinitystamps.com. We require that you purchase a minimum quantity of 6 of the SKU highlighted in the requested project example (12 in the case of an embellishment). Samples, if available, will be included with your order and are provided at no additional charge.
Wholesale Guidelines

Minimum Quantities
- Stamps, dies, stencils, tools, and adhesives must be ordered in quantities of 2 or more, unless otherwise specified.
- Embellishments are sold in sets of 6. Orders that do not meet this quantity will not be eligible for wholesale pricing. -
Order Minimums
- First-time wholesale orders must total $250 or more (before shipping).
- Reorders require a minimum of $100 (before shipping). -
Shipping & Discounts
- Free shipping and promotional discounts offered on our retail site do not apply to wholesale orders.
- Please select UPS or USPS at checkout. If actual shipping costs differ, we’ll either credit the difference or adjust your invoice accordingly.
- Selecting “free shipping” will delay your order. -
Pricing & Launch Policies
- New SKUs must be sold at MSRP for the first 60 days after launch.
- Products may not be listed or displayed prior to their official release date.
- After the first 30 days, products may be included in a storewide sale for up to 7 calendar days within a 60-day period, unless prior permission is granted.
- Pre-order sales are NOT permitted without written approval from Trinity Stamps.
Getting Started
To open a wholesale account:
- Complete our Wholesale Application.
- Submit a valid copy of your Reseller’s Permit and Federal Tax ID Number (or VAT/equivalent documentation for international accounts).
- Please email your application and supporting documents to wholesale@trinitystamps.com.
We’re a small, family-run business, and while we do our best to respond promptly, high order volumes may cause slight delays. Providing complete and accurate information in your application helps us set up your account as quickly as possible.
