When you purchase items from Trinity Stamps, you are billed immediately at the time of checkout. Orders are then shipped out in the order in which they are received.

We aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days. In the event of high business volume, such as a new release time, or during/after a special sale, Trinity stamps may take up to 7-12 business days to pack and ship out your order.  Pre-order and backorder items may also cause certain delays. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Trinity Stamps LLC uses USPS to ship all packages domestically and internationally unless another carrier is selected at checkout. We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged after they have left our office. Trinity Stamps includes delivery confirmation and order tracking on every order shipped in the United States. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any packages once the USPS has accepted and scanned your package. PLEASE NOTE that no tracking is provided for orders shipped outside the U.S.A. once it crosses our border unless the carrier sends that to us. The customer assumes all risk of delivery once the package has left our office. Please ensure that your shipping address is to a secure location where packages will not be lost or stolen. Please monitor your tracking confirmation and contact your local carrier immediately if your package is missing upon stated delivery.

Trinity Stamps LLC cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses used when placing your order. Our system automatically sends to the address that is confirmed during checkout. We are happy to reship the order if the order is returned to us. Additional shipping charges incurred due to an incorrect address will be billed as a separate transaction.

To provide you with the best shipping rates, we calculate your rate based on the weight of your order.  All items ship via USPS First Class/Ground Advantage whenever possible; however, you will have a few options available at checkout, allowing you to choose your preferred shipping method/carrier.
