3/1 : Please forgive any shipping or communication delays these last two weeks. My brother passed away. While my husband and son have been working hard on getting orders out to you, there have been some issues that have needed my direct attention in order to get your order shipped or to get a reply out to you from email or phone calls. I run most all of Trinity Stamps on my own. I returned home last night and I am trying to catch up. I ask for your patience and a little grace during this difficult time. USPS is experiencing widespread delays. Unfortunately, this is completely out of our control. Once we drop off packages to the USPS the delivery time frame is completely up to them. If your package is 30 days late or more please either file a trace with your local postmaster or email Info@trinitystamps.com and we will try and file a trace form for you. I am very sorry that packages are delayed. I wish there was more that I could do.

Free shipping (USA) is offered for orders $85.00 or more. Free shipping may be disabled during a specific sale or promotion. If there is a restriction it will be notated on our sales and promotions page
When you purchase items from Trinity Stamps, you are billed immediately at checkout. Orders are then shipped out in the order in which they are received.
We aim to ship out your order within 1-2 business days and even ship same-day if we can. In the event of high business volume, such as new release time, or during/after a special sale, Trinity stamps may take up to 7-10 business days to pack and ship out your order. In the event of a delay longer than that we will notify you via email. Pre-order and backorder items may also cause certain delays. We cannot be responsible for delays that occur with the shipping carrier.
Trinity Stamps LLC uses USPS to ship all packages domestically and internationally. We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged once the package has left our office. Trinity Stamps DOES include delivery confirmation and order tracking on every order shipping in the United States. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for any packages once the USPS has accepted and scanned in your package. PLEASE NOTE that no tracking is provided for orders shipped outside the U.S. Customer assumes all risk of delivery once package has left our office. Please be careful to check that your shipping address is to a secure location where packages will not be lost or stolen. Please watch your tracking confirmation and contact your local carrier for missing packages immediately upon stated delivery.
Trinity Stamps LLC cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses used when placing your order. Our system automatically sends to the address which is confirmed during checkout. We are happy to reship the order if the order is returned to us --- additional shipping charges that are required as a result of an incorrect address will be billed as a separate transaction.
In order to give you the best rates on shipping, we calculate your rate based on weight. All items ship via USPS First class whenever possible. If you wish you have you order expedited please contact CustomerService@trinitystamps.com and inquire if another method is available. Priority mail automatically includes $50 shipping insurance. If you wish to purchase additional insurance for your package please contact customer service. Additional charges may apply.
