Update 12/9/19 - We are almost caught up with orders. We have a few orders pending fulfillment now (mostly those orders that contain many embellishments), and several orders that we are waiting for more product to arrive.
If your order contained one of the slimline scalloped or stitched die set, or the Seasonal Cup Decor and more die set, we expect these to arrive NO LATER than Dec 19th. We will begin shipping these orders on 12/20 or sooner if we can!
12/2/19 - Due to heavy traffic during our 4 day sale we are running 7-10 days in house processing time. We are working as fast as we can to get your products to you. When you purchase items from Trinity Stamps, you are billed immediately at checkout. Orders are then shipped out in the order in which they are received.
We aim to ship out your order within 1-2 business days and even ship same-day if we can. In the event of high business volume, such as new release time, or during/after a special sale, Trinity stamps may take up to 7-10 business days to pack and ship out your order. In the event of a delay longer than that we will notify you via email. Pre-order and backorder items may also cause certain delays. We cannot be responsible for delays that occur with the shipping carrier.
Trinity Stamps LLC uses USPS to ship all packages domestically and internationally. We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged once the package has left our office. Trinity Stamps DOES include delivery confirmation and order tracking on every order shipping in the United States. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for any packages once the USPS has accepted and scanned in your package. PLEASE NOTE that no tracking is provided for orders shipped outside the U.S. Customer assumes all risk of delivery once package has left our office. Please be careful to check that your shipping address is to a secure location where packages will not be lost or stolen. Please watch your tracking confirmation and contact your local carrier for missing packages immediately upon stated delivery.
Trinity Stamps LLC cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses used when placing your order. Our system automatically sends to the address which is confirmed during checkout. We are happy to reship the order if the order is returned to us --- additional shipping charges that are required as a result of an incorrect address will be billed as a separate transaction.
In order to give you the best rates on shipping, we calculate your rate based on weight. All items ship via USPS First class whenever possible. If you wish you have you order expedited please contact CustomerService@trinitystamps.com and inquire if another method is available. Additional charges may apply.
A free shipping option is available for any US order over $75 (restrictions apply such as events and sales offering a discount of 20% or more. In this case free shipping may be disabled)
A reduced rate option is available for oversized orders totaling $75 or more.
Currently we have set up a flat rate for our international customers until we can find a better and less costly option for you. For orders where your total package weight is under one pound the flat rate is $15.00 and for orders over a pound the flat rate is $20.00.
For domestic and international orders, If your rate ends up being lower by more than $1 we will issue you a refund or store credit.
