Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges.
We stand behind all of the product we sell here at Trinity Stamps. If you think you have received a defective item please contact our customer service department. We will exchange the item or offer store credit if a replacement is not available. Taking a photo of the defective item and sending that to us in email is helpful and may expedite the process.
We will accept returns in limited circumstances. Returns are only accepted within 5 business days of the order ship date and must include an RMA number for the return. ALL returns will be in the form of store credit.
Please Note: In order to make any type of return you must contact CustomerService@trinitystamps.com to get a return authorization PRIOR to returning any item for refund or exchange.
