I have to admit that I purchased my Trinity stamp gem tool from another company that sells their products. My tip was cracked, that company contacted Trinity stamps. Trinity not only replaced the single tip that came on the tool, but I got an extra tip along with a package of pretty sequins. My new tips are in perfect shape. I am grateful for the amazing care and service I received from Trinity Stamps.

I absolutely love my Trinity Stamps pick up tool. I didn't think I'd use the pokey tool on the opposite side but I love it also. I bought replacement tips for the pick up side to have on hand if I need them.

I love my Trinity Pick up stick, it's always out on my craft table! I use it for everything, from picking up embellishments and small diecuts to poking out small bits from diecuts. It's also valuable around the house for many odd jobs! The replacement wax tips fit the tool perfectly and if you are heavy handed like me they are moldable with gentle pressure from base to tip to form a sharp tip again.

I haven't had to use this yet but it's good to have extra on hand.

The tool is great, I use it on all my small items. The refills are necessary for me, I'm always putting the items down and forgetting where I put them.
